System Support's (TYO:4396) consolidated subsidiary, eNet Solutions, has completed the acquisition of shares in MIS on Wednesday, making it a second-tier subsidiary of the group, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Friday.
Following the transaction, eNet Solutions holds 99.3% in the system development and maintenance company, which has a total share capital of 45 million yen.
