Swoop Holdings (ASX:SWP) said its subsidiary Moose Mobile has signed a wholesale mobile virtual network operator agreement with TPG Telecom (ASX:TPG), effective Tuesday, enabling access to TPG's nationwide mobile network, according to a same-day filing with the Australian bourse.
The partnership is expected to increase the company's mobile gross margin by more than 50% between fiscal year 2027 and fiscal year 2029 through lower per-user costs, while growing its mobile subscriber base to over 180,000 from around 135,000 within three years, per the filing.
The agreement is designed to enhance customer experience, expand market reach, strengthen mobile and national broadband network offerings, and support growth across residential, business, and wholesale segments, the filing added.
Swoop's shares rose 2% in recent Tuesday trade, while TPG's shares fell 1%.
