Suzhou New District Hi-Tech Industrial (SHA:600736) said Wang Ping resigned as chair due to personal reasons.

Vice Chair and General Manager Shen Ming will serve as acting chairman, according to a Friday filing with the Shanghai bourse.

Shares of the industrial park operator were down 2% Friday.
