Surgery Partners (SGRY) said Thursday it expects full-year 2026 revenue of $3.08 billion to $3.18 billion, compared with its prior guidance of $3.35 billion to $3.45 billion.
Analysts polled by FactSet are looking for $3.43 billion.
Additionally, the company said it has completed the sale of its ownership interests in two Idaho Falls facilities to Intermountain Health for $797 million in gross proceeds.
Proceeds from the transaction will be used primarily to repay debt, the company said.
Surgery Partners shares were 3.3% lower in early Thursday trading.
