Super Hi International (HKG:9658) said Chief Financial Officer Qu Cong has resigned, effective Sept. 2, according to a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Li Lu, who previously served as deputy CFO of the company, has been appointed CFO effective the same day.
Qu will join Haidilao International (HKG:6862) to work on central support functions and related matters, the company said in the filing.
