Sunwill Precising Plastic to Raise Proceeds of 242 Million Yuan From Share Placement

Guangdong Sunwill Precising Plastic (SHE:002676) plans to raise proceeds worth up to 242.3 million yuan through a share placement, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Thursday.

The proceeds will be used for the upgrade of an automated intelligent manufacturing base for fan blades and the construction of a high-performance modified composite materials plant, as well as for the supplementation of the company's working capital.

The Chinese plastic air-conditioning fan blades producer's shares rose 3% at the close.

Chin Hin Group Property (KLSE:CHGP) unit Chin Hin Property (Tebrau) agreed to purchase an industrial property in Selangor Science Park 1, Malaysia, for 92.5 million ringgit in cash, according to a Wednesday Malaysian bourse filing.The leasehold property, which comprises a warehouse, factory and supporting facilities, will be redeveloped into a logistics warehouse hub with about 322 industrial units.The project carries an estimated gross development value of 612 million ringgit and is expected to be completed by the end of 2030.The company said the acquisition supports its expansion strategy.
