Sunway's (KLSE:SUNWAY) subsidiary, Sunway GD Piling, has submitted an application to the Companies Commission of Malaysia for a striking off, according to a Monday Bursa Malaysia filing.
The property developer said the unit is currently dormant and the striking off is not going to impact its financials.
