Sunway Healthcare (KLSE:SUNMED) said its profit attributable to owners surged 89% annually to 78.2 million ringgit in the second quarter from 41.4 million ringgit a year earlier.
Earnings per share rose to 0.0068 ringgit, versus 0.0036 ringgit a year ago, according to a Thursday Malaysian bourse filing.
Revenue rose 30% to 672.9 million ringgit from 518.6 million ringgit a year ago.
The board did not recommend a dividend for the period.
