Sunflower Pharmaceutical (SHE:002737) agreed to dispose of its 10.4% equity in Beijing Pharmastar Pharmaceutical Technology for a consideration of 34.3 million yuan, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Tuesday.
Guangzhou Baiyunshan Hejigong Pharmaceutical will acquire the stake.
After the transaction, the Chinese medicine group will no longer hold any stake in Pharmastar.
