Sundy Service Group (HKG:9608) unit Hangzhou Hehong Property Service terminated a letter of intent to purchase a property in Zhejiang Province, China.
The decision came after the property failed to satisfy the purchase conditions, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing on Monday.
The company had agreed to acquire the property from Greenland Holdings Group Hangzhou Shuangta Real Estate in November 2025.

South Korea's main stock market, the Korea Exchange, will enable trading till 8 pm following the regular close at 3:30 pm from Monday, in its move toward 24-hour trading, Bloomberg News reported Sunday.This decision opens 2,400 Korea Composite Stock Price Index, or Kospi, and Kosdaq stocks for evening trades, which include short-selling.
