Sunda Energy (SNDA.L) will issue a total of 11,763,447 new ordinary shares to Alumni Capital, which took part in the company's convertible loan note, or CLN, subscription offer announced on April 8.
Alumni Capital seeks to convert 100,000 pounds sterling of outstanding drawn-down principal under the loan notes, plus 10,000 pounds in finance charges, at a conversion price of 0.009351 pound each, according to a Friday release.
The gas-focused company also granted 6,786,604 CLN warrants to Alumni Capital, with each warrant carrying the right to subscribe for one Sunda Energy share at 0.0121563 pound.
