Sumitomo Realty & Development (TYO:8830) posted a 15% increase in attributable profit to 85.2 billion yen in the fiscal first quarter, from 73.8 billion yen a year earlier.
Basic earnings per share rose to 92.20 yen from 78.95 yen in the year-ago period, according to a Thursday exchange filing.
Revenue from operations declined 4.2% to 281 billion yen from 293.3 billion yen.
The company forecasts attributable profit of 223 billion yen, revenue from operations of 1.07 trillion yen, and ordinary profit of 300 billion yen for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027.
It continues to expect a total annual dividend of 52 yen per share.
