Subaru (TYO:7270) repurchased over 10.8 million shares in June through market purchases for over 27 billion yen, according to a Wednesday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
The repurchases are part of an ongoing share buyback program originally authorized by the board of directors on May 15. The program permits the acquisition of up to 80 million shares at a purchase price of 150 billion yen.
The buyback launched on May 18, 2026, and is scheduled to run through March 16, 2027.
