STX Engine (KRX:077970) has secured a marine engine supply contract with New Times Shipbuilding worth about 78.59 billion won, according to a Tuesday filing with the Korea Exchange.
The contract is valid until July 25, 2029.
Shares of the company were down nearly 9% in recent trade.
The Kiyo Bank (TYO:8370) said that its board agreed to establish a wholly owned investment advisory services subsidiary in August, broadening its financial services beyond traditional banking, according to a Tuesday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.The Tokyo-listed bank said that the new company, The Kiyo Mirai Investment Co., will provide investment advisory services and will be established with capital of 100 million yen.The operations of the new unit are subject to regulatory conditions, and the company expects the establishment of the unit to have a limited impact on its results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027.
