Strickland Metals (ASX:STK) reported an updated inferred mineral resource estimate for its Copper Canyon deposit in Serbia of about 820,000 ounces of gold equivalent at a grade of 1.6 grams per tonne, an increase of 290,000 gold ounces from a 2021 estimate, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
With the update, the total indicated and inferred mineral resource estimate for the broader Rogozna project increases to 9.3 million ounces of gold equivalent, per the filing.
The company said it remains well-funded, with cash and liquids totaling about AU$81 million as of March 31.
