Stratus Global's (KLSE:STRATUS) shares surged nearly 145% above its initial public offering price of 0.80 ringgit on its debut, opening at around 1.96 ringgit on the Bursa Malaysia on Tuesday.
The semiconductor automation company listed on the exchange following an IPO which raised around 285 million ringgit, according to a Monday filing.
The offering involved the issuance of 356.3 million shares, handing it a market capitalization of around 1 billion ringgit, with an enlarged issued share capital of around 469.8 million.
