Stockland Declares Lower Dividend

Stockland (ASX:SGP) declared a dividend of AU$0.162 per share for the six months ending June 30, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.

The dividend will be paid on Aug. 31 to holders of record as of June 30, the filing said.

The company said the distribution reinvestment plan (DRP) will not apply to the second half distribution, and any existing DRP participation elections will not be effective for this payment, the filing added.

The company paid a dividend of AU$0.172 per share in the prior corresponding period, an earlier filing showed.

South Korean software company Innoax (KOSDAQ:296640) secured a contract from Samsung SDS (KRX:018260) to enhance the Samsung Life Insurance front-core system, according to a Monday filing with the Korean Exchange.The contract, valued at 3.48 billion won, is valid till Dec. 21, 2027.Shares of Innoax fell nearly 1% in recent trade.
