Stockland (ASX:SGP) appointed Robert Johnston as chair, effective from the conclusion of the annual general meeting to be held on Oct. 19, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
Johnston will succeed Tom Pockett, who previously indicated his intention to retire at the end of his current term in October, per the filing.
Johnston currently serves as a member of the audit committee and the people and culture committee, the filing added.
