Stewart Information Services' (STC) Stewart Title unit said Thursday it acquired a majority interest in Rattikin Title.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Rattikin provides title services to commercial and residential customers in the state, according to the company.
Shares of Stewart Information were up nearly 4% in Thursday trading.
