Stecon Group (SET:STECON) acquired the remaining 47,850 shares, it did not already own, in Nova Founders for 4.8 million baht, according to a Tuesday Thailand Exchange filing.
The deal raised Stecon's stake in the indirect subsidiary to 100% from 62.5%.
The acquisition is part of an investment restructuring for a solar power plant project in Thailand's Chanthaburi province, with total project investment capped at 71 million baht.
