Stealth Group Holdings (ASX:SGI) said it expects to deliver fiscal 2026 preliminary unaudited sales of AU$165 million, up nearly 14% year over year, and revenue of AU$146 million, up 5.8% like for like, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
The company also expects earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) of AU$14.3 million, representing an over 44% growth, and net profit after tax of AU$5.8 million, up past 87%.
It said it was on track to achieve its fiscal 2028 target of AU$500 million in annual sales and an EBITDA margin of 8% to 12%.
The company's shares climbed nearly 42% in recent trading on Wednesday.
