Steadfast Group's (ASX:SDF) shares will be halted from trading pending the disclosure of a consortium's deal to acquire the company, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company said all substantive issues related to transaction documentation have now been agreed by the parties.
Steadfast shares will remain under a trading halt until earlier of the statement's release or the start of trading on Aug. 25.
