Starfighters Space (FJET) expanded its partnership with Mu-g Technologies to cover a co-location agreement and issue a joint response to NASA's request for information for parabolic flight services, the companies said Wednesday.
The companies signed a memorandum of understanding for the expansion, according to the statement. No financial details were disclosed.
Under the co-location arrangement, Mu-g's Falcon 50 aircraft will be modified for parabolic test flights and have its flight testing at Starfighters' hangar at the Midland International Air & Space Port, the companies said.
For the joint response, the partners will combine Mu-g's modified Falcon 50 and microgravity research with Starfighters' F-104 supersonic platform and flight operations infrastructure, according to the statement.
