Stakk (ASX:SKK) said its entire AU$55.2 million pro-forma consolidated revenue guidance for fiscal 2027 is now secured through recurring revenue under existing customer contracts, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
The company said new international contracts are additional to the contracted revenue base underpinning fiscal 2027 forecast, with implementation expected to contribute to fiscal 2028 and onward.
Signed international contracts now extend Stakk's footprint across Thailand, Italy, Dubai, Ireland and Scotland, as demand grows outside the US, while its US operations continue to perform ahead of expectations, the filing added.
Singapore operations will start in November, Stakk added.
The company's shares rose 12% in recent Thursday trade.
