Stakk Completes $63 Million Acquisition; Shares Up 18%

Stakk (ASX:SKK) completed the $63 million cash and scrip acquisition of US-based ParaScript and ParaScript Management, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

The company delivered the consideration amount with $25 million in cash, $18 million in shares and $20 million in the form of a secured, interest-bearing seller note, funded through a combination of existing cash, new equity capital, consideration shares, and deferred vendor funding, the filing said.

The company expects roughly AU$55.2 million in revenue and AU$18.5 million in earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization in the current financial year, per the filing.

Stakk shares rose 18% in morning trade Thursday.
