Staidson (Beijing) BioPharmaceuticals (SHE:300204) will list the 63.6 million shares issued to nine investors under a private placement on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, according to a Tuesday after-hours filing.
The biopharmaceutical company raised 1.23 billion yuan in net proceeds from the issuance. The shares were sold at 19.71 yuan apiece.
Shares closed 3% higher on Wednesday.
