SRG Global (ASX:SRG) delivered a record fiscal 2026 result, delivering revenues of AU$1.68 billion, ahead of Euroz Hartleys' estimates of AU$1.65 billion and consensus of AU$1.65 billion, the financial services firm said in a Tuesday note.
Last year's revenue was AU$1.32 billion.
The construction engineering company logged AU$0.138 in earnings per share before amortization of acquired intangibles for FY26, compared with AU$0.103 a year ago.
The company's strong results are supported by a growing, long-dated and
diversified orderbook.
Exposure to multiple structural infrastructure tailwinds and lower execution risk compared with peers fosters ongoing earnings growth, supporting a higher capitalization multiple as earnings rise, Euroz Hartleys said.
The company expects fiscal 2027 earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization of between AU$195 million and AU$205 million, up from AU$190 million to AU$200 million previously.
Euroz Hartleys maintained its buy recommendation on SRG Global while its AU$4.18 price target is under review.
SRG Global shares rose 9% in midday trade on Tuesday.
