Soyea Technology (SHE:000909) subsidiary Eastern Software plans to sign a five-year contract to provide investment, operation and property management services for the West Lake Soyea software park project in Zhejiang, China.
The 13.2-million-yuan contract was signed with Park Development Co., a wholly-owned subsidiary of controlling shareholder West Lake Electronics Group, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
Shares of the real estate company closed 2% lower Tuesday.
