Soon Hock Enterprise (SGX:SHE) completed the disposal of a property in Kaki Bukit Avenue, Singapore, to Vivre Creative Design, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Earlier, the company's subsidiary, Soon Hock Property Development, granted Vivre Creative Design an option to purchase the leasehold property in Singapore for SG$1.5 million.
