-- Solstice Advanced Materials (SOLS) joint venture ConverDyn has signed a uranium conversion services agreement with Hadron Energy, the latter said Thursday.
Under the agreement, ConverDyn will supply uranium hexafluoride to support Hadron's fuel fabrication pathway, with the collaboration spanning the full commercialization of Hadron's Halo microreactor commercial roadmap, Hadron said.
Hadron said previously that it is set to merge with GigCapital7 (GIG), subject to approval at shareholder meeting scheduled for May 7.
Solstice shares were up 3% in Thursday's trading.
