SoftBank Group (TYO:9984) subsidiary SB Energy has filed for an initial public offering with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, according to a statement on Tuesday.
The data center developer aims to list on the Nasdaq Global Select Market and Nasdaq Texas under the ticker symbol "SBE."
The number of shares to be offered and price range are yet to be determined.
The proposed IPO is contingent on market conditions and regulatory clearance, with no guarantee of timing or completion.
J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Citigroup, and Mizuho are the joint lead bookrunning managers.
