Smith & Nephew (SN.L) launched a cash tender offer for up to $250 million of its 2.032% senior notes due Oct. 14, 2030.
The offer for the notes, with an outstanding principal amount of $900 million, will expire on Sept. 15, with settlement expected on Sept. 18, according to a Tuesday release.
The medical technology company said the tender offer allows it to proactively manage its debt portfolio and extend the average maturity profile of its existing debt.
