SkyeChip (KLSE:SKYECHIP) signed a definitive agreement with the Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA) for access to ARM's Flexible Access (AFA) token, according to a Tuesday Malaysian bourse filing.
Shares slid over 1% in Wednesday's afternoon trade.
The deal forms part of a strategic cooperation program between the Malaysian government and ARM.
The agreement follows conditional approval letters issued by MIDA in April 2026 for access to both the ARM Compute Subsystem (CSS) and AFA tokens.
SkyeChip added that it is still reviewing and evaluating the terms and conditions related to the separate CSS token agreement.
