Sky Metals (ASX:SKY) confirmed a high-grade tungsten-tin-gold-silver-bismuth discovery in recent surface sampling of the Theirman Mines Prospect at its Tallebung Tin-Silver-Tungsten Project in New South Wales, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
Results include 7.4% tungsten trioxide (WO3) and 0.09 grams per tonne (g/t) gold, and 2% WO3, and 0.05 g/t gold, with over 500 meters of prospective strike defined across at least two mineralized trends associated with historical workings and open in all directions, the filing added.
The company said that a drill target is being rapidly advanced for testing, with drilling expected to start in the coming weeks.
