SKS Technologies Group (ASX:SKS) secured AU$28 million of contracts with Built for the early works on a hyperscale data center known as MEL2 in Melbourne's northwest, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
The company said the new MEL2 site is planned to deliver more than 354 megawatts of capacity via more than AU$5 billion of investment, the filing added.
The early works contract will increase the order book to a fiscal 2027 starting position of AU$312 million, representing a growth multiple of seven times since June 2023.
The company's shares fell almost 2% in recent Tuesday trade.
