SK Telecom (KRX:017670) confirmed it is examining various strategic directions for its AI data center business, but no specific matters have been determined, according to a Korea bourse filing on Monday.
In a response to a July 10 report claiming KKR is reviewing the acquisition of SK's AI data center, the company said nothing has been finalized, and it plans to disclose any material developments within a month.
SK Telecom's shares fell 2% recently.
