SK Hynix (KRX:000660) commenced trading in the US on July 10 with the listing of American depositary receipts on the Nasdaq, according to a statement issued the same day.
The South Korean chipmaker said it expects the debut to expand its global investor base and bolster its standing as a "core AI partner." It sold the ADRs at $149 apiece to raise a record $26.5 billion.
New common shares underlying the ADRs will be listed on the KOSPI Market on July 29.
