SK Eternix Approves KRW28.9 Billion Cash Loan to Solarnix5 for Solar Project

SK Eternix (KRX:475150) has agreed to provide a 28.9 billion won cash loan to Solarnix5, effective Sept. 2, to fund the latter's solar power generation project, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.

The loan represents 10.6% of the group's equity capital of 273 billion won as of the end of 2025, with the period running from Sept. 16, 2026, through Feb. 29, 2052.

The loan carries two different interest rates: 7.70% for the first tranche of 939 million won, and 7.80% for the remaining 28 billion won.

Following this approval, the company's total outstanding cash loan balance increases to 31.9 billion won.

Under the expanded agreement, MediaTek will adopt Nvidia's NVLink Fusion platform, designed to help hyperscalers, cloud providers, and AI model developers build custom accelerator chips that connect into Nvidia's rack-scale data center systems.The pact also entails enhancing existing collaboration on Nvidia RTX Spark and DGX Spark chips for consumer and enterprise PCs, as well as AI-powered automotive platforms built around MediaTek's Dimensity Auto line.
