SJ Semiconductor Q1 Profit Up 52%

-- SJ Semiconductor (SHA:688820) posted first-quarter attributable net profit of 191.3 million yuan, up 52% from 126.3 million yuan the previous year.

Earnings per share rose to 0.12 yuan from 0.08 yuan, according to a Thursday filing with the Shanghai bourse.

The semiconductor wafer manufacturer's operating revenue climbed 13% year over year to 1.70 billion yuan from 1.50 billion yuan.
