Siyaram Silk Mills (NSE:SIYSIL, BOM:503811) said its consolidated net profit rose to 977.8 million Indian rupees in the fiscal fourth quarter from 720.5 million rupees a year ago, according to a Tuesday filing on Indian bourses.

Earnings per share for the quarter ended March 31 climbed to 21.55 rupees from 15.88 rupees.
Revenue from operations of the fabric manufacturer in fiscal Q4 increased year on year to 8.53 billion rupees from 7.36 billion rupees.
The company's board declared a special dividend of 4 rupees per share and a final dividend of 5 rupees per share for the fiscal year ended March 31.
