SiteMinder Launches Platform Integration Capability With Inaugural Partner; Shares Gain 11%

By

SiteMinder (ASX:SDR) launched its SiteMinder Powered capability, which allows select hospitality technology firms to integrate the company's distribution engine directly with their own platforms, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

Hospitality operating system Mews, the inaugural partner under the new capability, will integrate SiteMinder's distribution engine natively into its platform, where SiteMinder's Channels Plus, Demand Plus, and Dynamic Revenue Plus products will also be included.

Existing SiteMinder and Mews joint customers are expected to transition to the integrated platform during the coming months under commercial rollout plans agreed between the companies, per the filing.

The partnership is not expected to have a material financial impact in fiscal year 2026, but SiteMinder Powered should generate incremental long-term revenue opportunities, the company said.

SiteMinder shares gained 11% in recent Thursday trade.
