Infragreen Group Guides AU$22.5 Million to AU$25 Million in Fiscal Year 2026 Underlying EBITDA; Shares Jump 8%

Infragreen Group (ASX:IFN) said it expects to deliver an underlying net profit after tax of AU$6.3 million to AU$7.3 million, and underlying earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) of AU$22.5 million to AU$25 million for the fiscal year ending June 30, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.This would take the underlying net profit after tax 277% to 336% higher, and the underlying EBITDA 21% to 35% higher than fiscal year 2025.It guided the underlying forecast EBITDA to be AU$26 million to AU$28 million for the fiscal year 2027.Its shares jumped 8% in recent trading on Monday.

Park Medi World to Acquire Hospital in Uttarakhand, India; Shares Up 3%

Park Medi World (NSE:PARKHOSPS, BOM:544645) has agreed to acquire hospital operator V3 Healthcare for 1.77 billion Indian rupees, according to a Monday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.V3 Healthcare operates the 330-bed multi-super speciality hospital, The Medicity Hospital, at Rudrapur in Uttarakhand, India.Under the pact, the company will acquire 80% of the shareholding in V3 Healthcare by Aug. 31, and the remaining 20% will be acquired after March 31, 2030.The acquisition marks Park Group's entry into the Indian state of Uttarakhand and expands its presence to the sixth state.The company's shares were up over 3% in recent trade.
