Sino Biopharmaceutical (HKG:1177) formed an Indonesian joint venture with Tempo Scan Pacific to commercialize pharmaceutical products in Indonesia.
The venture, Tempo CTTQ Biopharmaceutical Indonesia, is 51%-owned by Sino Biopharma and 49%-owned by Tempo Scan, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The JV will focus on regulatory affairs, clinical trials, market entry and commercialization of pharmaceutical products, while evaluating opportunities for manufacturing in Indonesia in the future.
Several products have already obtained regulatory approval or are under regulatory review.
