Singtel's (SGX:Z74) Australian subsidiary, Singtel Optus, priced SG$200 million of ten-year fixed-rate bonds, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The bonds will carry an interest rate of 2.84% per year and will mature in 2036.
Proceeds will be swapped into Australian dollars and applied towards Optus' business funding.
The bonds are expected to be issued on June 30, the filing stated.
