Singapore stocks opened in the red, tracking the weakness on Wall Street; however, they recovered soon after and pulled in gains in early trade.
The Straits Times Index opened lower by 0.10%, or 6.10 points, at 5,674.360.
Investors continue to be cautious ahead of global technology giant Nvidia's results and Federal Reserve Chair Kevin Warsh's Jackson Hole address later this week for further cues on policy direction.
