Singapore's CAD, MAS Investigate Incredible's Independent Director

Singapore's Commercial Affairs Department (CAD) and Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) interviewed an independent director of Incredible (SGX:RDR) as part of an investigation into offenses under the Securities and Futures Act.

The director received a Sept. 17 letter requiring the interview under an order issued pursuant to Singapore's Criminal Procedure Code and attended the interview on Sept. 18, according to a Friday filing.

The company said it understands the investigation relates to its affairs, but CAD and MAS have not provided further details.
