Singapore Airlines' (SGX:C6L) group passenger traffic rose 2.6% year on year in July, according to a Monday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
Passenger capacity increased 5.5%, while group passenger load factor came in at 86%.
Combined passenger carriage increased 4% year on year to 3.7 million. Cargo loads were stable year on year, while cargo capacity fell 1.5%, lifting the cargo load factor to 58%.
During the month, the airline's budget unit, Scoot, suspended services to Jeddah in Saudi Arabia from July 14 following an escalation of the Middle East conflict, while Singapore Airlines' services to Dubai remain suspended.
As of July 31, the group's passenger network covered 136 destinations across 35 countries and territories, while its cargo network spanned 139 destinations across 36 countries and territories.
