The marketing company for pharmaceutical products and medical devices said in a Friday filing in Hong Kong that the change took effect the same day.

China Bohai Bank Completes 9 Billion Yuan Tier 2 Bond Issue
China Bohai Bank (HKG:9668) completed the issuance of 9 billion yuan in tier 2 capital bonds in China's interbank bond market, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.Shares of the lender were up more than 1% in late morning trade on Friday.The bonds are 10-year fixed-rate notes with an issuer redemption option at the end of the fifth year and carry a coupon rate of 2.10%.The bank said proceeds from the issuance will be used entirely to replenish its tier 2 capital.
