Sinclair Says IATSE Local 600 Ends Representation at KOMO/KUNS

Sinclair (SBGI) said Thursday that International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees Local 600 has voluntarily disclaimed interest in continuing to represent news photojournalists at the company's KOMO/KUNS stations in Seattle.

The decision follows an employee-initiated decertification petition and vote on continued IATSE representation, Sinclair said.

As a result, IATSE Local 600 will no longer serve as the bargaining representative for the group of employees, the company added.

Sinclair shares were down 2.6% in Thursday trading.

NeoGenomics (NEO) said its RaDaR ST molecular residual disease assay received expanded Medicare coverage to include immunotherapy response monitoring for patients with late-stage solid tumors.The determination from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services' Molecular Diagnostic Services Program is the third Medicare-covered indication for RaDaR ST, NeoGenomics said Wednesday in a statement.The coverage allows use of the assay to monitor response to immune-checkpoint inhibitor therapy, and NeoGenomics said it has two additional RaDaR ST submissions pending.NeoGenomics shares rose 2.1% in after-hours trading.
