Simple Mart Retail (TPE:2945) acquired a property in Taipei City for NT$250 million, according to a Tuesday filing with the Taiwan Stock Exchange.
The property comprises 81.53 square meters of land and 775.51 square meters of building space, along with 117.69 square meters of parking space, the supermarket chain said.
